Open letter to Dr. Tom Cowan, who I have respected and followed for some time, regarding the presentation video on Michael o’ Bernicia, contact person and creator of UNIVERSAL COMMUNITY TRUST- UCT, I do not comment on the contents of the video as I only know ITALIAN, but I immediately viewed the entire document in all the various chapters covered and the UCT memorandum, being a person who has known for a long time and has personally experienced these various alternative forms and alternative forms of jurisdiction and decentralization from the current system, having said this I would like to express my opinion which is not exactly in line with yours treaty of universal community trust, which begins with a written agreement between two or more “SOVEREIGN nation-states”, from my experience as a procedure I feel like saying it is non-compliant and of dubious validity and protection of one’s inalienable human rights to be proposed to international jurisdictions and local and national directives and regulations with only SOVEREIGNTY, as nation-states are not SOVEREIGN both economically and GEOPOLITICALLY and therefore individual sovereignty and independence cannot be exercised in a non-sovereign nation, because ‘their laws do not recognize human beings with legal personality but only as commodities (straw man). Now we only have one road left, a path
“SELF-DETERMINATION OF PEOPLES” and individual and trust
assets, which this time they are obliged to recognize as contemplated in international law and ratified in ITALY (in this precise context of mine) by the head of state by law 881 of 1977 which conforms to the international procedures of the pact of human and political rights (new york ) 1966, this is how they must necessarily consider the human being and his legal personality, who otherwise as “SOVEREIGN YOU WOULD NOT BE BELIEVED AND RECOGNIZED” that’s all I wanted to clarify….

Banks take title to your funds when deposited because its assumed a "general deposit ’ without direction otherwise. When you execute the signature card you direct all deposits are “special deposit” which keeps title of funds with the depositor.
